Currently, we do not cover return shipping costs, which is why no return label is provided. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the error lies with us, for example, in the case of a wrong or defective item. In all other cases, please download and fill out the return form. Please ensure that returns are always sent with a tracking number. Items should bear the label and be packed in their original clear bag.
